I remember a while back, when I had first started my business. Every morning I woke up, sat on my dining table, with the intention of working towards growing my business. I actually worked really hard. I did lots of research, browsed the internet a lot, got distracted a lot 🙂 . The sad thing is that, even though I was sometimes going to bed at 3 am in the morning, very little of the time I spent “working” was productive. Months went by, and it felt like I was exactly where I had started.
I look back now and realize how much of my time I have wasted, with my mind outside of my body.
I can’t imagine how much further along I would be today if I knew then what I know now. But better late than never, right? 🙂
