If you have set goals in the past and failed to reach them, or gotten less than desirable results from a project you have started, you are not alone. Most of us at one point or another have experienced success and failure. If we have experienced many failures, these may seed self-doubt , mistrust, lack of confidence, and sadly can cause us to give up. In this video, I am sharing a way that can help you refresh your brain, and start new.
If you consider that each time you make a choice, or set a goal, there is this universal force that is always there to support you, you may call it true self, or universe or brain. This force that is always presenting you with opportunities to reach your goals. Sadly, we don’t always pay attention, or take action… This may cause guilt, that may be standing between you and your goals. Here is how you can release that guilt, and start new again:
First, you must recognize that you have the power to create, and that you have this force from within that is doing everything to help you reach your goals. But you have to do your part by inspired taking action to manifest your goals.
Sit comfortably, focus on your breathing, quiet your mind, relax your body.
Put your hands on your chest, and feel your heart beating.
- Apologize to yourself for not having taken enough action, for not having been focused, for not paying attention, for not listening to inner guidance… whichever the case is for you. Sincerely say out loud ” I am sorry” to yourself.
- Say ” please forgive me” to yourself, your true self , say it until you feel forgiveness for yourself.
- Say “thank you” sincerely. Thank you to yourself for always guiding you, presenting you with opportunities to reach your goals, for loving you….
- Say “I love you” sincerely to yourself, until you feel it.
Let go, and start new again.
