Do you sometimes feel jealous of other entrepreneurs that are having success in an area where you are not yet? If so, please don’t beat yourself up for it.
Emotions are our friends 🙂 . Our emotions indicate whether or not we are creating what we desire. When we feel negative emotion like jealousy, anger, resentment, …, that means that we are thinking thoughts that are different than what our true self already knows.
For example, feeling jealous means that we don’t trust our own ability to create the success another did, but our true self knows that there is no limit to what we can create. If we can imagine it, we can create it. Feeling jealous is also sending a signal to our brain ( or the universe ) that we do not want the success we are seeing in others.
When I first learned the concept that feeling negative emotion means I am creating unwanted, I tried very hard to repress negative emotion and pretend it wasn’t happening when it would rise up. Sounds familiar? I quickly learned afterwards that it is not the solution.
Our emotions are just indicative of what we are creating, and because we are human, things come up lol . The more we know how to manage our emotions, the more we can tap into our creative power.
Good news: emotions are just energies in motion. Which means we can change our emotions by changing the energy in our body.
