It's 6:23 am here as I type this....
I was just finishing my morning meditation and felt inspired to send you this .
There is a song that describes to a T exactly how I feel when I feel when I get energetically activated, and feel connected to my higher self... I thought I would share the lyrics with you...
From this space, I feel incredible, unbelievable love...
Love for myself, love and connectedness with others, regardless of their beliefs...
From this space, I touch acceptance, and compassion...
From that space, I have created what many have thought impossible...
How I get into this SACRED space is not through the mind....
Rather through my body, and my brain.

Getting to connect to this space has truly been my strength ...
Getting to intentionally create from this space has changed my life.
That space is ALWAYS available for you and I .
